SENIOR CIVIL DESIGN ENGINEER - PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT - DUBLIN
JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Client is a leading international engineering consultancy firm,
offering civil and structural engineering design and consultancy,
project management and construction related safety and health
consultancy to large Building & Development companies
You’ll be working on medium- and large-scale property development
projects across a variety of sectors, including commercial,
residential, retail and education.
prepare scheme designs for planning, detailed designs and tender
packages
monitoring on site, for roads and access, drainage, SUDs measures,
water supply and utilities infrastructure
REQUIREMENTS
A degree in Civil Engineering
5+ years post graduate experience working for Engineering
Consultancies
Experienced in the use of civil engineering design software i.e.
AutoCAD, Windes, Civil 3D, PDS, Autotrack
Excellent verbal communication skills
Clear, concise and user friendly writing skills
Strong interpersonal/people skills with the ability to manage design
personnel
A proven track record working closely in partnership with clients and
contractors and other members of design teams
